Network Research Reports 10% Growth
UK-based agency Network Research has just reported its most successful year to date. Sales for the financial year 2004 to 2005 increased by almost 10% to give a turnover of £4.9m. This is significantly higher than overall MR industry growth for 2004, reported as 5.4% by the British Market Research Association.
The company, which specialises in the financial, travel, transport, automotive and IT & telecoms sectors, recruited an additional nine members of staff and acquired 16 new clients over the year.
Eamonn Santry, Network's Managing Director, stated: 'Our success this year has been due to both a healthy increase in revenue and a reduction in our operating costs. We have won several significant new accounts and have retained existing business against fierce competition, particularly from some of the more household names in research.'
Santry says the company is 'continuing to concentrate on process innovations, including the development of an intranet-based project knowledge system, as well as identifying new markets for business opportunity'.
The company states that signs for this financial year are already positive, with revenue for the first three months ahead of budget.
