New Sales and Customer Service Roles for InsightExpress
US online agency InsightExpress has appointed Michele McDonald as a Senior Account Executive in the Emerging Markets sector, and Lauren Ash as Project Manager in its Customer Service Organization. Both are new positions.
McDonald joins from TNS NFO (part of Taylor Nelson Sofres), where she was an Account Executive responsible for consumer packaged goods, healthcare and financial services accounts. Prior to that, she held MR positions with Hamill Associates and Rothstein-Tauber, after spending six years as a secondary social studies teacher.
Marie Minyo, Group Director of Emerging Markets, explained that she had worked with McDonald previously, and praised her 'outstanding service and insights'.
Ash, the new addition to the Customer Service team, was previously Assistant Curator of the Stamford Museum & Nature Center. She is also a licensed Real Estate salesperson.
