New Healthcare Director and Asia MD for Synovate

Synovate has promoted Damien Duhamel to MD, Synovate Business Consulting, Asia Pacific. Meanwhile, Synovate Healthcare in the UK has promoted Marianne Purdie, formerly of NOP Healthcare and Pharmacia, to Group Research Director.

Purdie joined Synovate Healthcare in January, having worked as a Director at NOP Healthcare for ten years. She previously worked on the client side at Pharmacia. In her new, expanded role, she will manage UK-based ad hoc research and the UK domestic services teams. She will retain her current responsibility for Global Branded Solutions, and will continue to report to Bob Douglas, MD of Europe and Asia..
