Invoke Solutions Launches Online Insight Tool
US-based Invoke Solutions, a provider of interactive research technologies, has launched Invoke On Demand - a research platform designed to provided 'instant' business insights through live moderated Internet sessions allowing 300 or more participants.
In addition to the mass sessions, the new On Demand platform offers various improvements, including 'real-time' chat with participants. The software can also provide segment tracking and reports. Previous online sessions have covered feedback on new product ideas, customer experience, job satisfaction, advertising effectiveness, and political issues.
The new release will be rolled out in three phases. The first, released this month, includes a new 'Instant Insight' Powerpoint report, 'on-the-fly' chat with participants, real-time segment tracking, and 'Auto-Pilot' for session moderation. The next phase, due in October, will offer the ability to host more than 300 participants in a live session. Finally, the 'Insight Center', due in December, provides clients with access to a portal where they can create and run sessions as and when they need.
Invoke Solutions' CEO Corey Torrence describes the new product as 'a major milestone in our vision to revolutionize the way people access and discover critical business insight'. He says the new release 'puts a professional researching solution in the hands of insight professionals across the enterprise, to enable them to get better, faster results, complete with instant board-ready reports'.
