Research Now Picks Confirmit
MR software provider Future Information Research Management (FIRM) has signed an agreement to provide its Confirmit web-based survey and reporting platform to European online fieldwork and panel specialist Research Now.
Research Now plans to use the Confirmit platform across its online fieldwork services and panels, and predicts that several million interviews will be supported by Confirmit during the first year of implementation. The company will also give clients access to results via Confirmit Reportal.
Research Now provides online fieldwork services for research agencies and client-side research departments. Based in London, the company runs the Valued Opinions family of online panels in Europe and Australia, and has partnerships with panel providers in the Americas and Asia.
