SmartAnalyst Appoints MD
US-based SmartAnalyst has appointed Steve Girling as VP and MD for business development. Girling was previously VP of business development at benchmarking company Evalubase Research.
Before working at Evalubase, Girling was Regional Director of Giga Information Group, where he led the north-eastern region and supported the acquisition of Giga by Forrester Research. He had previously managed Giga's UK sales efforts.
SmartAnalyst Co-Founder and CEO Manu Bammi says Girling's background in consultative sales for information companies is 'a great match' for his company.
