Holden Pearmain Appoints Loyalty Director
UK-based agency Holden Pearmain Research has appointed Tom Worth to head up its Customer Loyalty practice. He previously worked at Tarp, an agency that specialises in measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Worth started his career with Procter & Gamble Europe delivering strategic retail research, and later moved to Vodafone, where he set up the competitor intelligence function.
Since moving to agency side, he has helped clients to identify drivers of customer loyalty and disloyalty, and to create customer-driven performance improvement plans. He has worked with a range of clients from FedEx and HSBC to Eurocamp and Homebase.
In his new role, Worth will use Holden Pearmain's Customer Loyalty Management framework to help clients use targeted customer feedback to drive profitability. The company is online at www.holdenpearmain.com.
