Free Online Survey Launch
Survey software provider QuestionPro is launching a free online survey tool, designed for small businesses and bloggers. Called MicroPoll, the tool allows anyone with a web site to poll readers with simple multi-choice questions and display the results.
QuestionPro's web site provides pre-formatted MicroPolls and a text editor to let users modify questions. It then automatically generates the HTML code, which users simply cut and paste to their own site.
The company suggests that MicroPolls could be used by bloggers to find out whether readers agree with their opinions, as well as by businesses who want to get to know customers or test product preferences.
According to Vivek Bhaskaran, Founder and CEO: 'While detailed surveys are valuable for many, sometimes you just need quick feedback to a simple question.'
The company offers a range of other online survey tools, including its recently launched Market Research Toolset which offers gap, TURF and conjoint analysis; and online panel management.
The MicroPoll software code is available for download free of charge at www.questionpro.com/micropoll.
