New Study Tracks Financial Adviser Satisfaction
The UK's ORC International is due to deliver the first results from its new syndicated study - ORC Protection Track. The rolling six-month study is designed to assess what drives financial advisers' satisfaction with protection products and suppliers.
Financial providers Scottish Widows, Scottish Provident and Scottish Equitable are the first companies to join the syndicate.
ORC will carry out structured 60-minute face-to-face interviews with a cross section of advisers twice a year, using companies' own lists of advisers in order to target a representative group.
Martin Grimwood, head of ORC's financial services division, explains that the survey came about 'in response to the changing nature of the protection product market'. He says the market is becoming 'increasingly service-oriented' in the face of competition from a wider range of companies.
