Pulse Races into Europe
Research process outsourcing (RPO) provider Pulse Group has announced the launch of its first European office, in Amsterdam. Pulse has offices in Sydney, Australia and an international RPO centre in Malaysia.
Pulse says the Amsterdam office will bring it closer to its European clientele, and reiterates its commitment to giving clients greater value through the RPO model. The selection of the Netherlands, home to global MR leader VNU, reflects the country's prominence as an e-business hub for the region.

Chua says the company is experiencing faster growth from its European clients than from the USA, and points to the recent Greenfield / Ciao study of the rapid growth of online adoption in European MR.
