Avon Calls Up Researcher
Good news for those wanting more understanding of MR in the boardroom: Avon Cosmetics has announced the promotion of Andrea Slater, who joined the company 15 years ago as UK Market Research Manager, as President of its UK and Ireland operations.
Slater, whose achievements include leading the company's entry into Bulgaria and the establishment of full Avon companies in Latvia and Lithuania, succeeds Jerry McDonald who retires next month.
