MORPACE Promotes Quality Specialist
MR and consulting firm MORPACE International has promoted Sharna Morelli to Senior VP in its Michigan office. Her responsibilities include managing the company's quality assurance initiatives and customer satisfaction tracking program.
Morelli, who has expertise in a variety of research technologies and methodologies, started her career with MORPACE in 1979. She has since developed various data management tools. In 2003, under Morelli's leadership, the company received certification to the ISO 9001:2000 standard for quality management systems.
The company's Vice-Chairman, Valerie Utley, says: 'Sharna's unique combination of expertise, innovative thinking and professionalism are highly valued by MORPACE, and will help meet future challenges'.
