GMI Launches Surveys for Real Estate Agents
US online specialist Global Market Insite (GMI) has introduced a new survey site to provide research capabilities for the real estate industry. The site uses the company's InstantSurvey tool to allow agents to measure buyer and seller satisfaction and to identify trends in the market.
The site is aimed at real estate agents who want to gain client feedback, to survey prospective buyers and sellers about what they are seeking, or to track the performance of individual realtors.
Two levels of survey - InstantSurvey Basic and InstantSurvey Pro - are provided to meet different research needs. The cheaper Basic option offers the first 100 survey responses free. Both tools allow realtors to distribute online surveys, and both provide online survey reports in real time.
