New Directors for Bantam Group
Atlanta-based market research firm The Bantam Group has appointed Jane Matthews, previously of Austin Kelley Advertising, as Vice President and Account Director. The firm has also promoted Stephen Collins to the same position.
As Director of New Business and Strategic Planning for Austin Kelley, Matthews worked closely with The Bantam Group. She was with the company for 13 years, having previously worked at Atlanta agency, Scharbo & Company, and in New York for The Food Group, Esquire Magazine and the hotelier, Ian Schrager.
Troy Nottingham, founder and President of Bantam, says of Matthews: 'As a former client, she's had first-hand exposure to our process, and responsibility for implementing research results to deliver high-impact solutions for her clients.'
Collins joined The Bantam Group in 2001. He had previously worked as manager of competitive intelligence for BellSouth Telecommunications, and as Senior Marketing Strategist for Reed Marketing.
According to Nottingham: 'Stephen has made a great contribution to the company's growth over the past four years. He has worked with companies such as Aflac, Equifax and Mizuno to develop customized, creative research and brand strategies.'
