Drugs Marketing Expert Joins G&S
Healthcare research firm G&S Research has hired Mike Bandick as VP and Business Unit Leader, responsible for developing business with pharmaceutical, biotech, device, and diagnostic clients. The company has also promoted Susie Hunnicut to Research Director, and Jon Ditmer to Data Analyst.
Bandick was previously Director of Marketing for Suros Surgical Systems, a medical device company in Indianapolis. From 1991 to 2004, he held several domestic and global leadership roles with Eli Lilly, most recently as global marketing director for Cymbalta, an antidepressant/ pain treatment. He also worked with the Zyprexa brand, Lilly's schizophrenia/ bipolar disorder medication.
George Grubb, one of two founding Principals of G&S Research, states: 'Throughout his career, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership as well as strategic and analytical capabilities. He brings deep client-side experience to his new position, and he will play a pivotal role in strengthening our management team.'
Hunnicut joined the company in May 2003 as Project Director for market research studies. She previously worked at West Pharmaceutical Services as a clinical project manager and at Concentrics Research, where she managed both clinical and consumer-based studies. In her new role as Research Director, she is responsible for training project managers and assisting with the development of client deliverables.
Since joining the company in 2004, Ditmer has handled data management and processing responsibilities for numerous studies. In his new position, he will continue to conduct analytical services while training and advising newer members of the data management team. Ditmer initially came to G & S Research through an internship while completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Indianapolis.
