J.D. Power Hire Targets Germany
J.D. Power and Associates has strengthened its business development activity in Germany and German-speaking countries with the appointment of Volker Krüger as Director of Business Development for Automotive Forecasting, based in Frankfurt.
Krüger will both enhance customer service for existing forecasting clients and expand forecasting business development activities in Germany and in neighboring German-speaking countries. His work experience includes several years conducting market research in the automotive industry, at companies including NOP Worldwide in Cologne and NFO Infratest in Frankfurt.
Executive Director Jeff Schuster says Krüger's extensive automotive background 'adds another valuable asset to our European team. We see tremendous opportunities to better serve clients in Germany and in surrounding areas.'
The Automotive Forecasting group has staff in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo, Detroit and Oxford, UK, including statisticians, economists and market experts. It monitors and predicts global vehicle sales, production and engine/transmission demand of light and heavy commercial vehicles.
