Synovate Appoints Global HR Director
Synovate has announced the appointment of Gavin Pommernelle as Global HR Director. He will be responsible for all elements of the agency's human resources strategy, including talent management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee communications.
He joins from Pentland Group plc, owner of brands such as Speedo, Ellesse and Berghaus, where he was Head of Group Human Resources. Prior to this, he was at Clariant International, based in South Africa.
