Archstone Buys Canadian Brand Development Firm
Stamford, Connecticut-based consultancy Archstone Consulting has acquired The Hazelton Group, a research-based brand development consulting firm with headquarters in Toronto, Canada. Archstone opened a London office earlier this year and one in Amsterdam late in 2005.
Hazelton focuses on new product / service development, global brand development, brand rejuvenation and repositioning, using a proprietary structured methodology. It will continue to operate under its existing name and will retain its senior management team.
Todd Lavieri, CEO and President of Archstone, said Hazelton's recognized expertise in brand rejuvenation and product development 'compliments our current service offerings and will be beneficial to our client companies in the consumer products goods, life sciences, services and manufacturing industries.' Hazelton MD Bob Kincaide comments: 'We are primarily focused on the same industry segments so there are natural synergies we can offer mutual clients.'
Archstone is an independent strategy and operations management consultancy which specializes in corporate transformations, CFO advisory services, and operations improvement services to fund growth.
