KN Chief Joins Board of Data Capture Firm
Simon Kooyman, CEO of MR firm Knowledge Networks, has taken on an additional role on the Board of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) firm OmniComm Systems, Inc. He replaces Charles E. Leonard who has resigned.
Kooyman, who will chair the OmniComm Board's Audit Committee, was a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Management Team of Ipsos SA until mid 2005. Previous roles included President of VNU's Entertainment Group and President of Campina Melkunie's DMV Basic Ingredients Division, as well as a spell at Arthur Andersen. He has an MBA degree from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium.
Leonard has resigned his position on the Audit Committee as well as the Board, effective last Friday (July 21), having commenced both functions in mid-2005.
