IMS Health Loses CFO
For a change, a major firm's Chief Financial Officer has resigned just after the publication of some *good* results. IMS Health has announced that Nancy E. Cooper will leave the company following a brief transition period, to join CA, an IT management software company.
Until a replacement is named, all corporate finance functions will report directly to Chairman and CEO David Carlucci, who comments: 'Nancy has been an important part of IMS's growth and success over the past five years. We appreciate the contributions she has made in the transformation of our company and wish her well in her future endeavors.'
