Growth for Polaris
US provider Polaris Marketing Research has announced four new hires, strengthening its project management and data analysis functions.
Michelle Auda and Latasha T. Poindexter join as MR project managers, specializing in customer loyalty and retention survey services. Each will oversee a team of data specialists working on customer satisfaction ad hoc and tracking research studies.
Poindexter worked previously at UPS as a Marketing Analyst for customer relationship management and for the channel strategy group. Her graduate school internships took her to the National Football League and Mercedes-Benz. She holds a master's degree in business administration from Clark Atlanta University and a B.A. from Simmons College in Boston.
Auda was Project Manager and Director of Human Resources for The Breast Health Clinic and Project Manager for ad research firm Barnes/Hollander. She holds a B.A. in communication from the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, N.Y.
Joyce Matthews and Trevor Wooden join in analysis roles. Matthews becomes a Senior Data Analyst, working on data from customer satisfaction ad hoc and tracking studies, and will have responsibility for internal I.S.O. audits, while Wooden is a former Polaris intern and will work as a Data Analyst.
Matthews worked in MR analyst roles at Time Warner company Turner and at McKesson Provider Technologies. She has a master of arts degree in sociology from DePaul University and a bachelor's in social science from State University of New York, Utica.
Wooden graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor of business administration in marketing and distribution, and also studied management and history at Oxford University as part of a Study Abroad Program.
