New Institute to Focus on Employee Research
Following its acquisition of Gantz Wiley Research last week, Kenexa has announced that it has founded the Kenexa Research Institute, to focus on 'advancing the science of employee research'.
Kenexa, a provider of talent acquisition and retention solutions, says the Institute will help drive its product development. Jack W. Wiley, Ph.D., former President and CEO of Gantz Wiley Research, has been named as Executive Director of the Institute.
Troy Kanter, Kenexa's President of Human Capital Management, comments, 'We understand the business benefits that our clients can derive from the latest, freshest global research. This insight provides our clients with the key information they need for creating a working environment that is truly productive and aligned to overall business objectives.'
Wiley has 30 years of experience in survey research including spells at Control Data (now Ceridian) and Ford Motor Company. He gained international recognition for his development of the High Performance Model, which demonstrates the links between employee opinions, customer loyalty, and business performance. He was appointed to Minnesota Governor Pawlenty's Workforce Development Council in 2004 and to the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS) Board of Directors in 2006.
Kenexa is online at www.kenexa.com .
