New HR Director for TNS ALM Region
TNS has appointed Michelle Griffin as Regional HR Director for its Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East and Africa (ALM) region. She replaces Wyn Black who will leave TNS to return to his native New Zealand.
Griffin was previously HR leader for TNS Australia and New Zealand. In a relatively short time, the company says she has made a significant impact, winning its global recognition awards. She has thirteen years of experience in Human Resources including time at Société Générale, consulting group AT Kearney and publishers Wolters Kluwer. Her work has included management of the HR side of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, and recruitment campaigns for Europe's top MBA students.
Commenting on the appointment, Regional MD ALM James Hall, said, 'Michelle's ability to think at a strategic level, develop measurable initiatives and make a positive contribution to the business will be welcomed across this very diverse region. I look forward to working closely with her as she moves into this role.'
