MarketTools Makes Deloitte & Touche Technology Ranking
US provider MarketTools has just been named to the Deloitte & Touche 2006 Technology Fast 50 Programme for Silicon Valley, ranking thirteenth in the Internet, Media & Entertainment, and Communications category.
In addition, they ranked 269 on Deloitte's 2006 Technology Fast 500, a listing of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America.
Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over the five years from 2001 to 2005 during which MarketTools grew 563%. CEO Amal Johnson credits the company's growth to a number of factors including its ability to combine market research expertise with proprietary technologies to deliver new levels of customer insight; the success of the company's two technology platforms for online market research, Zoomerang and zTelligence; as well as increased demand for Internet-based market research.
