Pharma Consultancy Hires Business Developer
Pharmaceutical services group PDI, Inc., parent of MR firm TVG, has hired David N. Stievater as Senior Vice President, Emerging Pharma.
Stievater joins from ImpactRx, Inc., a provider of proprietary physician data for measuring pharmaceutical promotional effectiveness, where he was VP Sales and VP Business Development. Prior to ImpactRx, he spent several years providing as a consultant to the biopharmaceutical industry, following eleven years with the Monitor Company Group, L.P. as Partner and Global Account Manager. He began his career as a financial analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co. He has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.
Michael Marquard, PDI's CEO, welcomed Stievater's extensive business development expertise in areas including emerging companies, 'an essential part of PDI's growth strategy.' Stievater himself says PDI's 'expanded focus on earlier stage biotech and pharmaceutical clients establishes a broader base for solid growth.'
