Three More Hires for Angus Reid
Canadian pollster Angus Reid Strategies continues to grow its team with the appointment of Ellie Sykes as VP, Qualitative in Vancouver, and Janet Lazaris and Dara St Louis as Senior VP and VP for its retail operation in Toronto.
With nine years business intelligence experience, Sykes joins to head the firm's qualitative practice and develop new online approaches. Previously she was a partner with communication evaluation company, Marketexplorers, and most recently she ran her own consultancy.
President Ed Morawski commented: 'Ellie's expertise in qualitative techniques, online environments and management of online communities is a huge asset to the firm and will ensure our clients receive the very best online acumen in the industry.'
Meanwhile, retail specialists Lazaris and St Louis recently joined the Toronto team to provide research expertise and client service leadership.
With a background spanning more than 20 years at firms such as Research | Strategy Group, Elliott Research, MarkTrend Research, and Angus Reid Group / Ipsos-Reid, Lazaris is now responsible for developing and managing the company's retail practice. Her role involves implementing research design and methodologies, and applying advanced analytical techniques to marketing issues.
St Louis has worked in the market research industry for more than eight years, and specialises in retail, shopping understanding, and property management and development.
