MR Launch for Channel Marketing Firm
Chicago-based channel marketing specialist Frank Lynn & Associates has launched a research division, Insight Research, to be led by its Principal, Jeanne Fec and Director Roxanne Lenny.
Fec, who has over 20 years of consulting and research experience, says the firm sees a gap in the market with small to medium sized businesses, in particular, relying too heavily on anecdotal information to form strategy, or being left to interpret the research output themselves. The new division aims to 'go deeper than traditional research methods', providing actionable recommendations and metrics and making use of the parent company's proprietary business frameworks.
