Accenture Energy Analyst Joins IDC
Technology specialist IDC has appointed Roberta Bigliani as EMEA Research Director of Energy Insights. Her role covers European research-based advisory and consulting services for both utilities and oil & gas segments.
She has more than fifteen years of experience in the gas and electricity industry. She worked previously at Accenture, leading consulting projects on industry strategies, business process reengineering, customer insight and customer relationship management for all major Italian Utilities and Oil & Gas companies.
Bigliani holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan.
