TNS Buys Abt's Financial Services Arm
TNS has acquired the Financial Services Research division of US business research and consulting group, Abt Associates. Senior Abt staff Scott Rosa and Sarita Bhagwat will join TNS to manage the integration of the two organisations.
Rosa joins with more than 25 years financial services experience, having been with Abt since 1992. Prior to this he was VP and Corporate Director of Research at Fleet Financial Group, responsible for implementing the bank's first customer satisfaction measurement system and first relationship driven marketing database.
Bhagwat has more than a decade of experience in market research with particular expertise in new product development and payment method technologies.
