Online Focus Group Software Launched
Two software firms, Artafact and WebEx, have combined to launch 'Artafact Online Focus Groups', which replicates a traditional focus group environment online.
Linda Stegeman, Artafact President, explained that the new package includes services such as recruiting and incentives, alongside a feature that allows respondents to collaborate online while viewing shared presentations, web browsers and applications. She added: 'Our clients can now conduct product design, website usability testing, product sampling, and much more, all online.'
The new service also includes collaborative drawing tools, interactive polling, live trips to the web, and integrated voice teleconferencing.
Artafact will demo the new service at the Market Research Association conference in San Francisco in June.
