R/GA Hires to Spark Analytics and Segmentation Growth
Anglo-American-based provider R/GA has appointed Luane Kohnke as MD of Data Intelligence, with a remit to grow its advanced analytics and web-measurement practices and add customer segmentation and targeting. She will head a team of analysts in New York and build one in London.
She was previously Senior VP, Strategic Services, at Wunderman New York, and earlier spent time in leading analytics and research positions at Grey Direct, Prudential Financial, AT&T, and Chase Manhattan. In the past seven years she has developed more than 25 different customer segmentation systems, for sectors including pharmaceutical and OTC, insurance, technology, financial services and travel. Kohnke, whose experience includes leading teams of up to sixty marketing sciences professionals from a broad range of disciplines, will report to Anne Benvenuto, Executive VP, Strategic Services.
