Ex-RONIN Pair to Launch Ugam's UK CATI Centre

Mumbai-based Ugam Solutions has hired former RONIN General Managers, Simon Glanville and Rafal Gajdamowicz, as Managing Director and Executive VP of its new multi-lingual data collection centre in London.

The centre is due to open in mid-August (www.mrweb.com/drno/news6939.htm ) and will offer mixed-mode, multi-country, B2B and medical studies, while acting as a management hub and training centre for the firm's data collection team in India.

For most of the past six years, Glanville has been General Manager of RONIN Corporation in London, during which time he managed the firm's expansion of its CATI centre. He had previously held roles at Harris Research, TNS and GfK. In his new role, Glanville will be responsible for setting-up the new centre and co-ordinating with Ugam's existing CATI centre in Mumbai.

Gajdamowicz was most recently General Manager of RONIN, where he was responsible for research design and management, as well as sales and delivery. At Ugam he will be tasked with building a research and project management team.
