Former Y&R Planner Returns in Insight Role
Jaime Kalfus has returned to Young & Rubicam Brands as Chief Insights Officer of its subsidiary, Hispanic comms specialist The Bravo Group. She takes charge of the overall development of the Group's strategic and account planning functions.
She joins from Deutsch where she was Associate Director of Brand Planning, directing and guiding accounts for J&J/McNeil and Olympus. She also mentored and helped plan the professional development of eight Brand Planners in the department.
Kalfus spent most of her career at Y&R Brands. Prior to Deutsch, she was Group Director of Brand Planning, Y&R, New York and played a key role in repositioning Y&R around the new metric of 'Energy', launching a new Brand Planning vision to coincide with it and helping to develop a robust knowledge sharing system for worldwide Planners. Her other roles at Y&R included Director of Strategic Planning, Young & Rubicam, San Francisco; E.V.P. Director of Global Research, The Intelligence Factory; and S.V.P. and Director of Account Planning; Young & Rubicam, New York.
Previously she spent time as Director of Research for PC Magazine; Associate Group Head, Research and Planning, Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising and Market Research Manager at Liebling Associates.
