Upgrade for Brighton CATI Centre
Brighton-based b2b outward bound specialist The Telemarketing Company is refurbishing its 185 CATI seat offices to upgrade the working environment.
The company will also be installing a VoIP telephone platform to improve quality control and produce campaign analytics.
The firm conducts b2b market research in addition to appointment setting, lead generation and database cleaning, and employs only salaried call centre staff.
