Evo Completes New York Team, Opens in US

Brand research specialist Evo Research and Consulting today opened its New York Office, having hired Vice President Merrill Carey as its third recruit for the new venture.

Merrill CareyBrooklyn born and raised Carey previously spent six years at Hall & Partners USA, where, as Account Director, she led domestic and international studies along all stages of brand and advertising development. She has extensive qualitative research experience across a number of areas, and in 1998/99 served as Chair of the New York Chapter of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA). Carey has a Master's degree in Applied Social Research.

The new office is headed by SVP Dr Nicola Lindsey who joined the firm's London office last summer (www.mrweb.com/drno/news5595.htm ) and is now responsible for leading Evo's business development in the States. The pair will be supported by Research Manager Sarah Lorimer who also joined the firm in London last year.

Evo's MD Nick Johnson commented: 'Having interviewed extensively in the UK and US markets, we are confident that we have the right people in place to drive the development of our New York division. We are launching the New York office with a team of three, but we anticipate a rapid growth in the business and plan to recruit a mixture of UK and US staff.'
