New Operations Director for FI Healthcare
Fieldwork International Healthcare has hired Charlotte Solberger as Telephone Operations Director, based in the UK. She joins from Synovate UK where she was Group Field Manager.
Solberger will take responsibility for all aspects of project delivery, quality control, data protection compliance and management of interviewer resources and training within the unit. She has more than ten years' experience of working in call centre environments.
Fieldwork International Healthcare is headquartered in London and co-ordinates international research with the help of offices in the USA, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, China, and Malaysia.
