Synergy Boosts Offering with DecisionPoint Buy
In the US, Ohio-based marketing consultancy Synergy International has acquired customer insight firm DecisionPoint Marketing and Research.
Founded in 1994 as a marketing research focus facility, DecisionPoint will now operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Synergy. The firm will offer a broader suite of services which include full-service focus group recruiting and facility rental; mock jury trials; mystery shopping; web usability groups; and online surveys.
Synergy Chairman and Chief Customer Experience Officer Rachel Daniel explained: 'This acquisition is an important step in our long-term vision and growth strategy. We're combining the passion, creativity, and research knowledge of two leading-edge companies. Now we are better positioned to help corporations build lasting relationships with their customers.'

DecisionPoint's facility offers two presentation rooms, side-by-side observation areas and a private viewing suite behind one-way mirrors.
