RI Launches New Tools to Glean Shopper Insights
In the US, Research International has developed a new suite of research tools to identify the point at which shoppers become consumers and pinpoint ways to influence them in-store.
The firm says that 'Shopper Action' provides a picture of shopper needs and behaviours and enables the transformation of this data into action plans which help companies understand the interplay between consumption needs and shopping needs.
Comments Kirk Ward, Executive VP and RI Shopper Expert: 'There's no single way shoppers make decisions, but understanding those decisions is critical to developing influencing strategies. Shopper Action will be instrumental in aligning those strategies to help our clients turn insights into sales.'
The suite of tools also provides insights to improve in-store displays, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
The company is online at www.research-int.com.
