Chicago Consultancy Joins Cello
UK-based holding company Cello has acquired The Richmark Group, Inc., a Chicago-based marketing consultant. Richmark will be rebranded as a business unit within Cello's RS Consulting Group.
Richmark offers research-based consultancy to help major corporations to develop market entry strategies and new products, and improve their channel marketing. Having worked closely over a number of years with RS, Cello's business services, technology and public sector research specialist, the firm will now become the basis for its US practice. Dick Kerndt, Senior Principal in the Chicago office, comments: 'The people in the UK and US all work very well together already.
Richard Gilmore, Managing Partner of Cello's Research & Consulting division, says the move 'continues our plan to get closer to customers in the USA' and develop RS Consulting's 'strong sector expertise'. Gilmore told DRNO: 'we plan to build up the business strongly over the next year.'
