defacto Hires to Boost Web 2.0 Offer
In Germany, defacto Research has hired Thomas Plennert as Research Consultant. He previously worked clientside at art supplies firm Faber Castell, and before this at home electronics manufacturer Grundig Intermedia.
In his new role Plennert will be responsible for further developing and selling defacto's own online and social Web 2.0 tools, and integrating recommendations into the company's Dialogmarketing Portfolio.

Its research team delivers customer satisfaction, brand, and complaints management programmes.
