Maritz Hires Financial Services Veteran

In the US, Maritz has appointed Thad Peterson as VP Sector Strategy & Solutions for its financial services division.

Peterson joins with a 25-year background in product management, marketing and consulting in financial services. Most recently he was a Director at global financial services and payments consultancy Edgar Dunn & Company. Prior to this he was CEO of database management firm Customer Communications Group. He has also held senior product management and marketing roles with Bank of America, Glendale Federal Bank and EurekaBank. Peterson has a BS from the University of Idaho.

In his new position, Peterson will use his industry background to develop new solutions for the firm's banking and payments industry clients. His focus will include improving the customer experience, enabling and motivating effective sales forces and a holistic approach to customer loyalty.
