rdsi Taps Alcohol Expert
In the UK, consumer research agency rdsi has appointed Ben Langleben as Research Director to co-manage the firm's quant team.
For the five years before joining, Langleben was Principal of Incite Marketing Planning, where he specialised in alcoholic drinks research in the UK and abroad. Prior to this, he spent nearly five years as a Market Research Consultant at Research International, which included a six month stint working for the firm in Nairobi. His specialities include building interactive data modelling tools, choice based modelling (conjoint/BPTO) and managing customer/consumer segmentation studies and employee satisfaction programmes. Langleben has a BA Hons in History from the University of Warwick.
rdsi's principal areas of business are healthcare (beauty, toiletries, and pharmaceutical), food and drink, finance, telecoms, and retail. The firm has a turnover of more than £6m and employs around 36 staff at its offices in London, Barnet and Leeds. It is online at www.rdsiresearch.co.uk.
