MB Expands Global Media Practice
Millward Brown has hired James Galpin, previously of Carat Insight, as Senior VP in its Global Media Practice, the specialist division which supports other Millward Brown companies.
At Carat, Galpin was Director of the Marketing Evaluation practice for seven years. He started his career in advertising sales before moving into research, launching the very first RAJAR (Radio Joint Audience Research) survey in the UK whilst at the Association of Independent Radio Companies in 1990. He then set up TNS' mediaSPAN advertising evaluation and planning consultancy service, completed an MBA and moved to The Billet Consultancy and The Value Engineers. In his new role, he will be based at MB's London office in Bloomsbury.
