Healthcare Wing for New US Consultancy
Recently launched US provider Valient Solutions has added a healthcare division and appointed Allison Tait as its business development manager.
Valient was started last spring by former Harris exec Scott D. Upham, who has worked in the automotive sector for much of his two decades in MR (www.mrweb.com/drno/news6814.htm ). Upham, now Valient's President and CEO, says Valient Healthcare will provide dedicated personnel to serve 'the top growth sector within the global economy'.
As Manager, Healthcare Sector Business Development, Tait will lead the sales, marketing, business development and client services activities for all of Valient Healthcare's US accounts. Upham says her communications and public relations expertise will accelerate development of the new business. Tait, who will be based in Rochester, New York, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the State University of New York at Oswego and an Associates degree in Liberal Arts from Finger Lakes Community College.
