Echo Hires Head for New Primary Research Unit
In the US, reputation analysis and communications research firm Echo Research has appointed Dan Soulas as EVP and Director of its new primary research unit, which has been launched to service corporate and PR agency clients.
Soulas is former EVP at ICR/International Communications Research. He joins with more than 20 years' MR experience, with specific focus on customer satisfaction, loyalty and segmentation research, message testing, strategic positioning, brand tracking and corporate image.
In his new role, Soulas oversees the primary research team based in Wilmington, Delaware and reports to President David Michaelson, who commented: 'Together with Echo's global media analysis product MediaSense through the global PR Newswire network, and high-end reputation tracking, Soulas and his team provide the addition of full in-house capability to service our clients' many research requirements.'
Echo Group founder and CEO Sandra Macleod says the new unit had been set up in response to growing client demand for greater insights into reputation protection and enhancement.
