Former Synovate Loyalty Leader Joins GCR as President

Wayne Marks has joined US-based Gartner offshoot GCR Custom Research as President, reporting to Ashok Das, CEO of parent company Hansa Research.

Marks joins from Synovate, where since 2003 as Customer Loyalty Lead, he managed business development for the firm's loyalty practice in North America. For the ten years prior to this, he was SVP Customer Experience Management Practice at The Forum Corporation, and for the five years before this, was SVP Consulting and Research at Age Wave. Marks has a BA in Psychology from Reed College and an MPA in Business and Public Administration from Cornell University.

'We have been focused on finding the person with the vision, experience and thought leadership to aggressively grow the global business,' said Das. 'Wayne brings a great deal of market research and consulting experience, which will set the bar for GCR and Hansa as the emerging force in market research.'
