LRA Hires Former Harris Exec
In the US, customer experience management firm LRA Worldwide has hired former Harris Interactive VP Jeff Ganis as Senior Research Consultant specialising in sports and entertainment industry projects.
He joins with more than 15 years' MR experience gained at Harris Interactive where he worked as Vice President, Senior Consultant in the Customer Loyalty Division; and at Opinion Research Corporation where he was Senior Project Director. Ganis received his BA in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
'Jeff is an extremely valuable addition to our research practice,' said Rob Kaplan-Sherman, SVP and MD, Research at LRA. 'His extensive background in customer loyalty research and his ability to help clients address specific customer-related business issues are a perfect fit for our research practice.'
Last year the firm, which conducts mystery shopping exercises in the hospitality sector, promoted seven members of staff to Senior Consultant and Account Manager roles (www.mrweb.com/drno/news6816.htm).
