London Office for Pulse
Research Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm Pulse Group has opened an office in London headed by Jonathan Sheldrake, who joins as Associate Director for Europe.
 Sheldrake has a background in healthcare, IT and automotive MR experience. He most recently worked for biotech consultancy BIBA Medical as Research Director. Prior to this he was Research Manager at Meko; Market Research and Development Manager with APPTIME in Munich, Germany; worked clientside as Customer Insight Specialist for Ford's customer satisfaction programme; was International Research Manager with International Techvantage Group; and a Research Manager with International Data Corporation (IDC). Sheldrake has a BSc (Hons) in French and German and speaks five European languages.
Pulse Group CEO Bob Chua comments: 'We are extremely excited to start the year with the launch of our London office, and I have strong confidence in Jonathan's leadership in continuing to expand our business throughout the European region.'
Chua added that the London office will act as a client development hub for Europe, while continuing to provide data collection services throughout Asia-Pacific, Pulse Group's main area of expertise.
Pulse provides online data collection, survey programming, data processing and analysis and MR translations. The firm, which also has operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and regional offices in New York, Sydney and New Delhi, is at www.pulse-group.com.
