Nunwood Appoints to Support Growth Plans
UK-based consumer insight agency Nunwood has made four new appointments since the beginning of 2008, following organic growth of 'more than 12 times the industry average' during the last year.
In a successful 2007, Nunwood was voted Market Research Agency of the Year 2007 by Marketing Magazine, and set up the Nunwood Academy, a £200,000 training programme aimed at bringing a team of 20 junior executives up to international standards and transforming experienced researchers into industry leaders. It also opened offices in London and New York (www.mrweb.com/drno/news6656.htm ). A Singapore offshoot is planned for later this year.
The latest recruits are Damon Bryan, Senior Consultant in the Market Analytics Division, and three new hires for the Knowledge Systems Division: Junior Developer Alexander Fernando and Senior Developers Neil Yeats and Chris Lekkas.
CEO Clare Bruce commented: 'With our growth and success in 2007 it is important that we continue to recruit top quality employees to cope with the increasing demand on our international business. Increasingly we are finding that many of these appointments are made on the basis of strong business skills, as opposed to just research experience.
