B2B International Opens in New York

UK-based B2B International has opened an office in New York, and transferred Julia Cupman stateside to take on the role of US Business Development Manager.

The firm says its new office will better meet the needs of its North and South American clients, and provide an 'on-the-ground' data collection presence in the US for all its clients worldwide. A full range of qual and quant market research services will be offered from the New York office, across the chemicals and petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, engineering and manufacturing, construction, education, finance, IT, paper & print, telecoms and transport sectors.

Cupman explains: 'We have set out ambitious international expansion plans, and the opening of our New York office is an important element of that strategy. Following the success of our Asian subsidiary in China, we are now ideally placed to meet the needs of our clients, wherever they may be based and whichever geographies they wish us to explore.'

Cupman joined B2B International after a career in research for the media, including time at the BBC and ITV. She has considerable experience in numerous industries having recruited and interviewed senior business people in English, French and German speaking countries. She has also moderated online focus groups across Europe. Cupman has a degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University and has lived, studied and worked in France and Germany.
